Code Inspiration was started in 2012 by Yaroslav Korolev, the CEO of the company. Yaroslav is an engineer by diploma and has a disruptive mind when it comes to business and innovation. He felt the trend and managed to build a team of professional software engineers.
He wanted to create a company culture that valued hard work, honesty, and transparency, and fostered strong relationships with clients based on trust and mutual respect. His passion for innovation and technology was the driving force behind the company’s success.
I joined the company five years later when there was a need to expand to international markets. My background as an international lawyer, fluent in six foreign languages, has enabled me to establish partnerships with foreign startups and structure our company to capitalize on the high demand for outsourcing.

The company and its staff have already passed through the market transformation a few times. First, when the company was converted from mobile software development to a full-service development company. Further, there was a need for our customers to form their own teams, so the company started to provide outstaffing options. Now we feel a big need for consulting services. That’s why we focus not only on providing excellent teams and custom software development services but also on always learning and exploring new approaches and technologies, such as AI and Blockchain, to consult our customers as well as providing consultancies to IT businesses that are willing to open a legal entity or expand to Warsaw.
